We built a network of local suppliers — restaurants, beach clubs, cenote guides, chefs, drivers and therapists — so our guests get competitive prices and the money stays in the towns we work in. We use every one of them ourselves.
How this works
A network we built, not a booking site
Concierge comes with every stay. There is no menu to fill in and no separate sign-up — you write, we arrange, it is ready when you land.
Local suppliers, on purpose
Every driver, chef, guide and therapist here is local and works with us directly. That keeps the price competitive for you and keeps the money in the towns we operate in — which is also why they answer when we call.
We know what goes wrong
A tour that cancels, a table that disappears, a driver stuck on the beach road. After enough seasons you stop being surprised: the second option is ready before the guest hears about the first.
A team, not one phone
Something goes wrong at 11 PM and there is somebody to send. Concierge is run by the same people who run the properties, so it is not a hotline that takes a message.
Growing past the coast
Tulum and Playa del Carmen are where the network is deepest. We are building the same thing in Chihuahua and Mexico City as properties open there.
The way we plan it
You get one page with the whole weekend on it
Not a thread of messages you have to scroll back through on the day. Before you arrive we build a single page for your stay — every plan, every price in pesos, what is already paid, and the two or three decisions still waiting on you.

Before you book anythingWe ask what the trip is for
A birthday, a first visit, a group that wants to dive. That's enough for us to propose the right four or five things instead of sending you a catalogue.

Two weeks outThe itinerary, hour by hour
Each day laid out with times, what is included, who is picking you up, and where. Down to the detail that actually ruins a day — like the fact that the tour operator collects three minutes away rather than at the door, and your driver will cover that hop.

Same page, further downEvery cost in Mexican pesos
Total and per person, line by line: transport, beach club, dinner estimate, excursion, decoration, chef. Marked paid, balance due, pay at the venue or your call — so nobody is surprised by a bill.

At the top, in redWhat we still need from you
Usually three or four things — which night out you want, a flight number, a chef balance. Everything else is already handled, and the list gets shorter as we tick it off.

Logistics
Getting around, and living in the house
Airport transfers
Cancún or Tulum, met at arrivals, in a vehicle sized for the group.
Private transport
A driver for the day, or moving a group between properties.
Car and scooter rental
Arranged locally. In Tulum you'll want one; in Playa you probably won't.
Private chef
One dinner or every morning. For a group it usually costs less than eating out.
Grocery stocking
Send a list; the fridge is full when you walk in.
Laundry at the door
Picked up and returned to the property — useful on a long stay.
Extra housekeeping
Daily or mid-stay, on top of what the booking includes.
Errands and deliveries
Someone to go get the thing you forgot.

The list is what we arrange often, not the limit. If it exists in Tulum or Playa del Carmen, we probably know someone — and if we don't, we'll say so rather than guess.
