One apartment, run by us directly. We'd rather manage one well than list five.

A full two-bedroom apartment for six, with two bicycles included at no cost. Pool, jacuzzi, grill and parking watched around the clock.
We're adding to Playa
We only take on places we can be present for, so the list grows slowly. If you need something bigger in Playa for specific dates, ask — we often know who has it.

Why people pick Playa over Tulum
You can walk
Playa is a real town with a grid. Dinner, groceries, a pharmacy and the beach are all reachable on foot or on a bike. In Tulum you're driving.
It costs less
Same coast, same water, noticeably lower prices for food, drinks and the stay itself. Most of our guests here are Mexican, which tells you something about the value.
It's the base for the ferry
Cozumel is a short crossing from the pier downtown. Cenotes, Akumal and the ruins are all inside an easy day trip.
