The dashboard, without the management contract
Some owners don't want us running their property — they run it themselves and do it well. What they want is the system: the visibility, the checklists, the numbers in one place. So we're building that as its own app.

What it is
A stripped-down version of the dashboard we run for the properties under our management, built for an owner to operate alone. Same structure, far less of it, no contract.
Full property management means we take over: the bookings, the crews, the suppliers, the money, the guests. That's a real relationship and it isn't for everyone. Plenty of owners already have a cleaner they trust, a handyman on WhatsApp and a listing that works. What they don't have is one place where all of it lives — so every month is reconstructed from memory and a folder of photos.
That's the gap. The platform is the daily-administration half of what we do, on a monthly membership, for any property — including ones we have nothing else to do with.

Why there's no price on this page
Because we haven't set one, and a number we'd have to change later is worse than no number. It will be a monthly membership per property, priced for an individual owner rather than a company. When it's decided, the waitlist hears first.

What we can and can't promise yet
There's no launch date
We're building it around a management business that runs every day, so it moves when it moves. We'd rather tell you that than invent a quarter.
It won't do everything
It's the daily-administration half. It will not book your guests, answer them at midnight or send anyone to fix the pump.
It's already running
Not as a mock-up — the full version manages real properties today. What's being built is the simplified one, so this isn't a concept looking for funding.
